Live Link Face app on iOS doesn't work anymore!

Hi,
I trialed KinesicMouse Live and ran Live Link Face app on my iPhone XR perfectly. The same day I bought the full license of KinesicMouse Live and tried to run Live Link Face the video stream froze immediately upon start up. I reinstalled the app several times but the problem persists. Face ID works just fine so I can't blame it on any physical damage from when I dropped it and got some cracks in the glass for more than a year ago. Though I did update iOS recently. But I can't find any general compatability issues with the newest iOS (if it's not some especially rare issue specifically with XR and the newest iOS update that I can't find any forum discussions about). Do any of you experience the same issue? What can I potentially do to fix it? Full iPhone reset comes to mind, downgrade I guess is really difficult.
