KinesicMouse v4.0.2

Hello,
good news, we are officially out of Beta. The KinesicMouse LIVE release went smoother than expected. Big shoutout to all beta testers providing excellent feedback.
The newest update is now version 4.0.2 including these minor changes:
- fixed links of signals to match webpage anchors
- changed main window and icon background dark color
- fixed an issue in mouse simulator where mouse wheel action got triggered with 0 movement
- build options UIaccess: true for accessibility apps
