My Kinesic Mouse Profiles are gone and the program freezes when i add one!!

I have a new problem which has started today, I opened up my kinesic mouse and all my profiles were gone. Not only that but when i try to make a profile the app freezes and closes. I have tried reinstalling and restarting my computer.

me too! Program crashes when I add one. Im guessing its since the windows 10 update

Maybe try deleting your settings folder in appdata?

Type Run in the Windows search bar and click Run to open a run prompt

Type in or copy/paste: %localappdata%\Xcessity Software Solutions

Press enter

Then delete or rename the kinesic folder...

See if it works now.
