Hi Markus!
I would like to play with the mouse as steering wheel and use kinesic mouse for throttle, brake and handbrake. Is there a way to map the mouse x-axis to simulate a joystick or steering wheel ?

hmm difficult question. Maybe have a look at "Alt Controller" or maybe "Glovepie". I never used any of those apps, so I cannot give you any more details.

I have found a solution, which is using vjoy version 2.16. Can i update the installed Version 1.2?

I am not sure about that. From what it looks like the tool you are referring to is using a different version of vJoy. I don't know if a side-by-side installation is possible.
