Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy skyrim

I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to play skyrim with only eye tracking if so how I have tobii 4c?

I don't think only with eye tracking. You'd at least need some way of controlling a mouse cursor. I was able to play with Project Iris and a Quadstick.
