Hi,
I just finished testing the KinesicMouse on Windows 10. Everythink works perfectly on the latest Windows 10 build from the Windows Insider program.
Just letting you know in case some folks are planning on skipping Win8 and going straight from Win7 to Win10.
Best,
Markus

Re: Strange behaviour when using the CTRL Key for example
Hey, I just set up this scenario and I am still not quite sure what is wrong with this behaviour. - I create interactors that have key activation (let's call them A, B, C) - I create an interactor (A) and set the key to CTRL - (key activation on!) - I look at the CTRL interactor and press the activa...

Re: Comparison between the Intel RealSense and the Kinect V2
Hi, I have already preordered the R200 and it does not ship just yet. So I have not yet had the possibility to test this camera. The tech. specs of this sensor look better in terms of range. Yet you cannot tell how good it will work without testing. One major issue is that the R200 will be a rearfac...

Re: Strange behaviour when using the CTRL Key for example
Hey, key activation works a little different. The concept here is that you select an Interactor with your eyes. Once the Interactor is selected (blue color) you can activate it by hitting the key that is assigned in the profile settings "Key to activate selected interactor". It actually do...

Re: Bug: Size and Position of inactive interactors not saved
Hi,
someone already noticed this problem, yet I am not able to reproduce it. Can you please share a few steps that cause the problem? What do you mean by "inactive"? Do you mean invisible?
Thx for reporting, I will look into it when I nail the bug.

ETA for Kinect Adapter for Windows
Hi, I know that the "Kinect Adapter for Windows" is currently out of stock in many countries. I have made many attempts to contact Microsoft and finally received an official answer from the Kinect team: The adapters will be coming back into stock sometime in July. I'm sorry I do not have m...

Re: IRIS 1.7 Release
I have successfully done something interesting with the iris/eyex combo that I didn't think was possible. I used iris along with a device called the Cornusmax to connect my eyex controller to my xbox. It took a lot of tweaking in order to get the movement to respond in a 1 to 1 fashion, but it work...

Re: IRIS 1.7 Release
Hi guys, thank you for your feedback. It helps me confirm certain experiences and I am working on a few new options. Remember this is the first version of the FPS mode. This kind of interaction in FPS games is does not exist so we are the pioneers doing this. target is usually offset by a little, at...

Re: How can i create a macro that presses CTRL+X?
Hi, moved post to macros forums as it also applies to the KM. A macro that presses Ctrl + X would look like this: <MACRO id="CtrlX"> <MAIN> <KEYINPUT behaviour="PRESS" code="0x11"/> <KEYINPUT behaviour="PRESS" code="0x58"/> <KEYINPUT behaviour="...
