Profile management
Hi, I want to post an answer to the following suggestions: The ability to rename profiles. The ability to clone existing profiles. For example many of the actions would be the same for most FPS Actually adding a new profile in the KinesicMouse creates a clone of the currently active profile. So if y...

Mouse button macros
Hi, I got these questions from a user on a different forum: In mouse settings enable an option for repeatedly pressing a mouse button every X milliseconds. For example many games with pistols or shot guns can only be fired via pressing repeatedly or button mashing. Doing this repeatedly with facial ...

Re: Feature idea: clicking through buttons
Hi, well there are times when simple things that look complicated are in fact simple ;) After some research I found a quick solution. When you now activate the "Lock" in the Settings -> Interactors -> Edit -> Appearence tab the interactor will be actually click-through. When you deactivate...

Re: Moving mouse to set coordinates
Hi, I moved this posting to the macros forum as it also applies to the KinesicMouse macros. The syntax for positioning the cursor at a fixed location is quite similar to the relative one. Just exchange "RELATIVE" with "ABSOLUTE". <MOUSEMOVEINPUT behaviour="ABSOLUTE" x=&...

Re: Feature idea: clicking through buttons
Hi, this feature has been requested a few times now. This is one of the things that sound simple but are actually tricky to implement. The problem is that interactors are actually normal Windows windows that are set to be always on top. When you click on them the OS decides to pipe the click message...

IRIS v1.6 is now available
Hi, I just uploaded the new IRIS release. After reading through a lot of papers my stabilization filter for gaze data is now completed. You find the new settings in the "Advanced" tab. The new options are: Use smoothing filter If you enable the ckeckbox the filter will be applied to the ga...

Left4Dead - Weapon Switch (Mouse Wheel Up/Down)
Hi, Unfortunately you cannot use the mouse wheel rotations that are available via the KinesicMouse gui. It would switch through the weapons too quickly. Here are the macros I used for switching weapons in Left4Dead video . They work as expected and switch one slot up/down. <MACRO id="SwitchWeap...

Re: KinesicMouse2 hardware requirements?
Hi kamithekira,
this is currently not planned for the KinesicMouse. Still I would be interested why you would need such a feature? How would it help controlling a computer?
Let me know, maybe there is something I can quickly throw together,
Best,
Markus
