Hi i need to ask iris and kinesicmouse can work just with kinect for xbox one with kinect adapter for windows or i need second device for iris?

No, Iris doesn't work with the Kinect sensor. It requires the EyeX or Steelseries Sentry sensor...

Yeah, if you want to use both programs then you'll need both the kinect sensor and the EyeX sensor hooked up to your computer.
That post you linked to is just explaining that you can have both sensors and both programs running simultaneously... they won't interfere with one another. But Kinesicmouse will only function with the Kinect sensor and Project Iris will only function with the EyeX sensor... that's why you need both sensors.
