Kinect V2 Configuration Veryfier Tool

I have not connected kinect yet but This means kinect will work?

Hi,

yes, the tool will always mark the "USB Controller" with an orange exclamation mark. It does not tell if the Kinect V2 is really compatible with the installed USB chipset or not. There is no real confirmation until you connect the actual Kinect camera.
The other points look good though, so it looks good that the Kinect will work as intended.

My motherboard is msi h97 pc mate intel chipset is it combatible becoz its intel?

Very difficult to tell, it really depends on the installed USB chipset. Usually the newer motherboards are compatible. If the USB ports from the motherboard don't work with the Kinect, you can always use an USB 3.0 PCI extension card. They are very cheap (< 15USD) to get.
