Hi,
Can you please give me a information about the hardware requirements for the KinesicMouse. I talking about laptop, not PC.
What about Asus N551JX-CN272T; 15.6"IPS(1920x1080), Core i7-4720HQ(3.60Ghz), 8GB DDR3, 1000GB, BlueRay, Nvidia GTX950M 4GB, BT, HDMI, mDP, Wi-Fi ac(5Gb), USB3.0, HD webcam, Bang&Olufsen sound, Illuminated KB, Win10, 2y warranty
Good enough?
What exactly do I need to buy? (Links please)
Thanks

Re: New Laptop For KinesicMouse
Hi,
if you are planing to use the Intel RealSense camera you might as well consider buying a laptop with an integrated RealSense camera. This additionally ensures that the peripheral developer version of the RealSense camera will work for sure.
With any other laptop there is a slight risk that the USB chipset might not be compatible. This chance is very low if you are buying an Intel based laptop with an i5-5xxx or i7-5xxx. I only mention this, because it might be a good idea to buy online where you have to option to return the hardware. The KinesicMouse benefits from higher CPU speed, so i would recommend 3Ghz+ for any gaming purposes.
I also want to throw out that the upcoming version of the Intel RealSense will require a 6th generation CPU (so i5-6xxx or i7-6xxx).
The notebook you posted should be fine. Also have a look in this thread: Realsense gaming laptop
