Hello,

So i bought a kinect v2. It took me a while to get it going considering it's not compatible with every USB 3.a0 pci-e card a(had to order a new one)
Atleast it's working now but i am getting only like 15 FPS which in turn makes mouse movements not as smooth as it can be,

How much FPS is normal and what system do i need to get good preformance with Kinectmouse.

Hi Harro,

the Kinect will switch to 15fps automatically if there is not enough light in the room. So either switch on some lights or you can also try to run the KM in infrared mode (IR mode).
The IR mode has a slighly worse detection but is always at 30fps. You can turn it on by going to Settings-General-Camer-Tracking Mode-IR Mode.

Hope your in good health, have had a long lay off on the gaming front through the opposite and having got around to building a gaming rig I'm keen to use the KM again.
2 Questions what should be typical day time frame rate? also car steering any tips I'm struggling with massive over steer
